During the night between Friday and Saturday, in the early morning hours of 10 June 2017, the Lord called back to Him a great man, Father Peter Hocken.
He died at the age of almost 85. He was a servant of God, a friend, a priest who loyally served the Body of Christ until his last breath, all the world round. The Lord gave him an extraordinary intellect and wisdom, together with the experience of baptism in the Holy Spirit. He also received from God the talent and ability to provide specific and comprehensible theological explanations and descriptions of spiritual experiences that are taking place within the Church, notably after the Second Vatican Council. - Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Worship and worship songs are more than that. It is an attitude of our heart. We don’t just sing melody and lyrics, but we have it in our hearts. I put my heart in worship. I do not just sing with my mouth, but also with my soul. When I worship the Lord, I can confess and declare the divine truths. When I sing with my heart I know that it has a huge power.

My story starts with a dramatic, tragic beginning. A month after I was born in England, my two-year-old brother drowned in a swimming pool. My family’s world completely crumbled and my foundational years were marked with grief, fear and despair. Despite not being people of faith, my parents took strength from each other and chose to create a loving and supportive environment for me and my younger brother and sister.

My turning point, the change in my life through a personal experience with Christ, happened when I was saved around the age of nine. And I am not sure if I had a vision before or after that salvation experience, but around the time of kneeling and confessing with my mouth the Lord Jesus, God gave me a dream in my sleep that seemed to be a vision, or an out-of-body experience: during my slumber, I saw my soul leaving my body and I realized I was being carried by an angel to heaven. Heaven appeared as a green place, like the earth.
