He died at the age of almost 85. He was a servant of God, a friend, a priest who loyally served the Body of Christ until his last breath, all the world round. The Lord gave him an extraordinary intellect and wisdom, together with the experience of baptism in the Holy Spirit. At the end of May 2014 the doctors discovered a malign tumour in my bowels with metastases in the liver, peritoneum, lymph nodes, and in the minor pelvis. Everything happened so fast and unexpectedly. Nobody suspected that I may have such a serious disease. I went to see the doctor just because I felt very weak and I had continuous pain in my stomach and bowels in the previous two months.

When I was 17, my father wanted to explain me something about God. I was angry and I cried: “Shut up! There isn’t any God. God is dead". I became a non-believer and I didn’t even know how. I was probably conditioned by the aforementioned tradition. I didn’t want to be a believer only because I had learnt the Lord’s Prayer and some other prayers.
